Who should join?
The Women’s Assembly is for women only and all women over the age of 18 are welcome and wanted. Our focus is solely on women and we’re keen to amplify the concerns of all, including those who are often underrepresented and considered ‘hard to reach’.

The FiLiA Women’s Assembly:
Creates spaces for women to come together.
Facilitates events that focus on the issues local women raise as important.
Provides opportunities for women to become involved in and make progress with the campaigns that matter to them, including through training and skills sharing.
Supports the creation of local consciousness raising and feminist discussion groups.
Offers women opportunities to participate in formal and informal policy consultations.
